For your description of your account being detected by Microsoft with too many authentication login attempts. It means that your account has been compromised, maybe you have set up 2FA with a high security level so that you have not been hacked to log in.

16 de mar. de 2024 · I try to sign in to the Microsoft Store to download an app. A new window pops up asking me to sign in. I put in my account name and it says " That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." So I click "get a new one" and put in my account name (the one it says doesn't exist) and it says:
I'm the admin of my Microsoft 365 license (there's no other admin). I had two-step verification set up with a phone number I no longer use and now I can't access my account. Every time I log in from any device, I'm asked to enter a code sent to that phone number. I suppose my account will have to be reset externally. Hope you can help.
