21 de set. de 2024 · melonDS is a Nintendo DS emulator mainly developed by Arisotura (@StapleButter). It was first ported to the Switch by @Hydr8gon. I'm responsible for several optimisations and the current port. Depending mostly on whether a game utilises the 3D hardware of the DS a lot of games already reach fullspeed without overclocking.

The document is referring to literally going into the DSi System Settings app-- that big obvious app with the wrench-- and then tapping the -> arrow and selecting "Format System Memory" to format and delete everything ...

4 de mar. de 2024 · Open melonDS. The first thing you want to do is going into Config > Emu settings. Under General, switch the console type to DSi (experimental) and make sure to uncheck Boot game directly. Under DS-mode, check Use external BIOS/firmware files and locate the files bios9.bin and bios7.bin respectively.
5 de set. de 2021 · @Arisotura brings us the latest version of the melonDS emulator. Version 0.9.3 is freshly released and now available, and comes with a good amount of bugfixes and optimizations. This new update features new audio interpolation, which can make the emulator's sound output a little bit better...
4 de nov. de 2022 · So I wouldn't know. Other emulators may be able to apply filters directly to textures, but if that's already a thing, they might as well just be replaced with better textures. (Which some emulators like dolphin, duckstation, and pcsx2 do already) Perhaps is not that crazy to believe a texture replacement feature can be added to melonDS.
