Email billing@loola.tv and tell them you want a refund, I have used it a few weeks ago with no issue, hwoever I am in the same position and wanted to share this. They must know abouut it, as they have closed their live chat.

2 de jan. de 2022 · I streamed from Livereacting RTMP to TikTok using a PC last week, everything went great. All u need is just to get a stream key directly from your TikTok and then try following this tutorial on how to stream to TikTok from PC or a camera. Easier than OBS, so I think you'd be able to handle it for sure. 1.

9 de set. de 2020 · Ive been using the free version of Loola TV and it works fine. I then started following a guy on TikTok called @gingermarketer (i think) and he had been given the ability, inside of TikTok live, to take the stream key from his live and put it in OBS - as you would with Twitch. No third party apps.

After i connected it with Loola, i'm literally getting like 1k views or 500 views sometimes and 2 or 3 people watching my Livestream while i used to get 1k, 2k people. My Account has 620,000 Followers.
