26 de jan. de 2021 · Ask your dentist about munchies or chewies, and feel free to ask for extra ones (I always broke mine after a few weeks). Chewing on them every time you put in your trays helps them fit better and can speed up your progress. Don’t wash your trays with toothpaste or mouthwash! This can dull them.
7 de jun. de 2024 · My doctor calls them Invisalign and his website even says Invisalign. My bags do not say Invisalign. I feel like I was lied to/misled. My issue is I think I was told I was using Invisalign but it’s a different brand. That’s why I wanted to call Invisalign just to ask if I am in their system.
6 de jun. de 2024 · Invisalign has a strict training program and published tiers (Bronze to Diamond Plus) with respect to their number of cases completed. In my case I looked for an orthodontist with Invisalign experience (Platinum tier) that is in-network within my insurance. He also has the 3d digital scanner which is a big plus.
Upon starting treatment, we recommend acquiring the following items, which significantly aid in the process: Ultrasonic Cleaner: Essential for keeping trays & retainers clean. Denture Cleaner Tablets / Invisalign Cleaner: For optimal cleaning results. Ortho Key / PulTool: Especially useful in the initial stages for easy aligner removal.
18 de ago. de 2021 · Honestly especially if it prevents problems down the line it’s absolutely worth it. It depends on your case. Not taking care of certain alignment issues can lead to jaw issues, severe enamel wear, gum recession, cavities and tooth loss. Even if you’re doing it for purely cosmetic reasons once you’re done, you’re done.
23 de jul. de 2021 · I would go see my regular dr to rule out something like sinus infection. Excess muscle tension in your jaw can cause eye pressure. Teeth moving, palette expanding, grinding all of that. I have the same issue right now. Wow so weird, I also have pain / pressure in my left eye. It started right after invisalign.
5 de fev. de 2006 · Dental students can participate in Invisalign courses for free if there are open spots at the courses. Open spots means there are no paying dentists filling those seats. The cost to a dentist is about $1,500. Obviously if you want to take the class in Beverly Hills or San Diego you're probably not going to get a spot because there are plenty of ...
14 de mai. de 2024 · Hi! A clinic in my city had a promotion last week, where they gave me a free Invisalign consult. The doctor I saw had great opinions online and platinum premium status on Invisalign site. He said that my teeth would be relatively easy to fix, considering they’re “simply” moved forward, and pushing them back won’t be that hard.

I don't trust my doctor, I'm not an expert, I've read many articles, watched many youtube videos, but I'm still stuck with a bunch of questions, I'm desperate.
