There's no thread here for the 2013 so I figured I'd start one, although obviously the car is very similar to the 2012. This is my family's 4th Hyundai.

I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata with about 88k miles on it. I took it in for the engine recall in December of 2017. They said it passed. I was a little worried because my mom has the same car, same year and hers failed and she needed the engine replaced. Today while driving the engine just stalled.
The actual EPA information as stated on the Sonata Hybrid is the following: EPA Economy Estimates: City: "Expected range for most drivers is 29 to 41 MPG". Highway: "Expected range for most drivers is 33 to 47 MPG". This is right off the EPA Estimate sticker that is on every Hyundai Sonata Hybrid.
Here s the story. My Sonata was purchased in March 2010. Within one month, the engine stalled when braking to a full stop at traffic light. I took my car to the dealership. They couldn't reproduce the problem and just refreshed the computer software. A little over one month later, my car cut off again while sitting at traffic light.
