You could use the auditing feature from the Security and Compliance Center as below; From the results you could then create a New alert policy which would send you emails upon a match. If you needed something more advanced, the Cloud App Security is probably going to be your friend here.

Nov 30 202107:20 AM - edited Nov 30 202107:20 AM. - edited. @yanmouldy This can be done via Group Policy: User Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Microsoft Office 2016 > Miscellaneous > Block signing into Office. Setting this to 'Org ID only' prevents personal accounts from being used.
31 de out. de 2018 · From Control Panel > Mail, create a new outlook profile, use shared mailbox email address and leave password blank. As long as the logged in user has delegate access to the shared mailbox, the new profile will create fine. Choose the new profile, or option for prompt.
