You should now press the ‘Force Stop’ to force stop the video application in your Amazon Fire TV. Step 7. You should now also clear the data of the video application.

19 de out. de 2018 · Estimable. Just got the Sony X90f 55 inch TV, connected it through arc to get surround sound from TV apps like Netflix and prime video. Netflix is giving me 5.1 dolby digital plus but in prime video I am only getting 2.1 pcm sound. Not sure what I am doing wrong, even tried optical cable still not able to get 5.1 sound from amazon prime.

Here's my setup: Roku 3, wired connection to internet router--> into Samsung TV via HDMI cable. --the Roku works fine, but the Amazon app no longer displays my channels (Acorn, Britbox, PBS Masterpiece, etc), or my watchlist.
4 de nov. de 2019 · Thanks. I had played with parental controls when I first had Prime and Netflix. Unfortunately it just adds a little lock icon on the thumbnail of a guy with a gun to his head. I will try it again. Very disappointed with Prime. You can set the parental controls, but the kids can still SEE all the thumbnails! The 'control' just prevents playback.

Restarting my phone does work, but when I go back to Netflix, none of my downloads are there anymore, they've all been deleted and when I go back to Amazon, my downloads are still there, but I can only watch one video.

2 de jan. de 2018 · As it turns out, even when I update MY LG "Smart TV's" firmware to the latest version (an: [LG] webOS TV UH8500 ), It's still cannot play Amazon Prime Video. Apparently LG Smart TV's operating systems are too woefully inadequate to run even common standard video players that are used in common everyday browsers. Smart TV in a pigs eye!
