Vizard is obtained by killing Kisuke Urahara who is in the mountain near the acid hollows, you can only get Vizard when you are Prestige 3, level 100. after you talk with him you will be teleported into a small arena which looks like a modified arena from the ice captain and the pantera boss.

Visored or Vizard is the mini-mode of Soul Reapers, obtained after using 10 Hogyoku Fragments as a Shinigami.
After using 10 Hogyokus, seek out a hollowified Shinigami in Hueco Mundo, then kill it. It spawns similar to Vasto Lorde Boss. Then do the objective that is said in your whispers, either being "15 Raid Wins" , "Kill 40 Shinigamis" or "Killing your Inner Hollow X times" (being your spirit).
While in Visored, select moves are further buffed to have enhanced properties or deal more damage, these are usually marked by a Colour Change.
