I prefer cdromance because they tend to showcase new releases and provide prepatched rom hacks and translations. Archive is cool but I don’t normally browse for new release on there. I may browse collections but normally I google a title that leads to archive.
25 de dez. de 2021 · As of February 2024, the regular website only carries game information, but you can no longer download the roms. This is a big loss because they posted translations of Japanese roms that would be unplayable without knowing Japanese. They offer you a way to join the site, via discord or email which I have yet to try. 1.

So many of these looked great, but the one that stood out the most to me was Linda Cubed Again. For a few years now I've been hoping to see an English fan translation, and it's finally here!

4 de mar. de 2019 · Coolroms used to be my main source, but after the whole wave of nintendo and sony taking down all and any forms of roms from the site; I need a new source. Sold all of my old school games over the past few years to get out of debt, but need the fun of a few old school games I dearly missed. Like Micro Maniacs, Tiny Tank, Final Fantasy IX and so on.

I love that site, but it's considered 'piracy' just because it kind of is. But if it's there, use it. Only way I was ever able to play Resident Evil. I don’t want eboot please.
