30 de dez. de 2023 · I just bought an Attack Shark X6 (black with grips) and I love it so far. I didn't install the software because I feel like a mouse with only forward and back buttons should work fine without the software. If I have to update the firmware I would probably install it, but I don't think there's an x6 firmware update yet, only one for the x3.
21 de mar. de 2024 · I just purchased Attack Shark X6 and my previous mouse was Logitech g304. I had Attack Shark's software installed on my PC which is running Windows. My concern is how can I customize the side buttons? I want to set my side buttons to "backspace and enter" just like my g304. The Attack Shark's software doesn't have those options..
24 de dez. de 2023 · My Attack Shark X6 stopped working after 4 days. Unfortunately, the refund policy on our local platform is so horrible, that it's only valid for 3 days. So I can no longer return/refund it. 2.4G - No longer works, the software shows it's on "Device Sleep" state even if I am moving it around. DOCK - It's no longer charging when placed on the dock.

hello, could you help me? i bought a x3 attack shark, i tested it for a few days and then i put it away, i didn't use it for two months, now i want to use it again in 2.4g mode, the kysona m600 software tells me that the mouse is in "device sleep" mode, the mouse works if i use it by cable or by bt, do you have any idea how to solve the 2.4g?

Firmware update: Kysona M600 (and possibility Attack Shark X3) Kysona has released a firmware update that allows setting click debounce time with a minimum value of 4ms. 13 de jan. de 2024 · Is there an update on this whether we have the default firmware for the attack shark x6? Yes, it's normal, the DPI buttons will not work. However, the standard X6 software has a default 8ms debounce time for the clicks. You can bypass it using the M600 software and setting it to 4ms (lowest option available).
