Pica is a Second Sea boss added in Update 8, spawning in the Rose Kingdom when his specific spawning conditions are met. He uses the Ishi Ishi no Mi, a yet-unreleased Devil Fruit that allows the user to assimilate into stone and manipulate it as if it was their own body.
Pica spawns when all 4 Donmingo's Family members are killed.
He has 75,000 HP. The unique mechanics of his bossfight means that he does not use M1 attacks.
After Killing him, Donmingo Will Be Notified and spawn in its castle in 15 minutes
•Suna-Suna no Mi users can easily damage this boss by using the Desert Spada move if they have 700+ points in Devil Fruit Mastery.
•If you get under Pica, he won't be able to hit you with Punch.
•When you are under Pica and Pica uses his pounce move you can use Tekkai to block the damage or you can use any counter/iframe move. Yuki's Snow Reformation for example.
•Moves like Mirror Kick and Rashomon Draw still work while the user is grounded.
•This boss has a ridiculous size, being just a bit taller than the wall at Rose Kingdom.
•Pica is actually a disease for a craving for wanting to consume non-consumable items, like stone. Which is what Pica, is made out of.
Thunder God or Enel, is a difficult boss that spawns at the Golden City, in the Land of the Sky. He uses the Goro Goro no Mi and is equipped with his Golden Staff . He has 4,200 HP and deals 27 M1 damage.
