7 de ago. de 2023 · I can't go online today it says: Go online from a different device. Unable to Authenticate device. When I contacted support they seem send an email that it might be a rooted/jailbroken device. But it's just the regular Google Pixel 6 with Android 13. I tried clearing the app data, uninstalling the app and rebooting the phone.

27 de out. de 2023 · I don't drive UBER in Brasil. I use it as a travel phone and order UBER rides with it sometimes. A factory reset had no effect FWIW. I cannot login to my partners.uber.com account from my laptop or I-Pad either, or the UBER driver and rider app from my I-Pad, so, the problem is not in any of my devices, it is with UBER somewhere in my account.
5 de mar. de 2018 · UBERing for last two months. I have both Driver and Rider accounts, setup at different times. Both have the same phone number and password. When I try to login to the Driver account, it always defaults to the Rider account. Consequently, I have been unable to check the status of my Driver account.

I find any device larger than phablets too distracting or take up too much real estate on the dash. I guess I could use it to check local rider vs driver but the way I drive I don't really have a use for that.
3 de fev. de 2015 · I did not have the same exact problem but similar. I could not login on Driver App. I then was able to login on Dashboard. Said I was Wait Listed and needed to upload some documents I had previously uploaded months before. Emailed support and they just said to upload them again. Did so and was able to login to Driver App again. Pain in the butt.

Hello, Im trying to login to the driver app. Started driving before the pandemic and stopped once the first wave began. Now I wanted to go back and login to the app but its connected to my previous number which I haven't got access to because I've changed numbers.
