We provide a range of excellent accommodation (including en suite rooms) in central Cambridge (on or adjacent to the main site) for all undergraduates for the duration of their course.

Peterhouse is the oldest of the Cambridge colleges, founded by Hugo de Balsham, Bishop of Ely in 1284 and granted its charter by Edward I. As a charitable institution dedicated to education and research, the College has survived the Reformation, Civil War and the upheavals of every century since.
Peterhouse (founded 1284) is the oldest of the Cambridge Colleges. Its founder, Hugh of Balsham, Bishop of Ely, bequeathed a number of books to the College on his death in 1286. The continuing generosity of members of Peterhouse built up a substantial library during the next two and a half centuries.
