After downloading the program right click the file and hit extract. Then you have to select them and drag them into iTunes or whatever music program you're using. if you're on Android download RAR by rarlabs on the play store. Go to your downloads open the file and hit the extract button icon on the top right.

[FRESH] Mac Miller straight up gave me chills at work. Dang I miss this man.... I know he's got a vault of unreleased music, hopefully the fam continues to drip feed us his completed songs over the years. I hate when a loose verse of a passed rapped gets added as a feature to a beat it wasn't intended for. So far Mac's fam is doing it right!!

I Was able to get this and wanted to know for my own reasons What "legally" Happened. I'm Sharing this with anyone who was actually wondering what if anything was documented.
I love Mac Miller but what you described is exactly how I feel about J Cole (other artists too just using Jermaine). Guess it all comes down to preference. Mac has some great bars on many of his tracks and he’s a talented songwriter & producer who’s great at creating albums with at least some sense of a concept.
