  1. 1 de jun. de 2004 · I play World of Warcraft quite a bit, and in the video options there is a checkbox for something called "Level of Detail." I believe I've read in HardOCP reviews that being able to uncheck it is a good sign of a video card's performance, but I'm not sure exactly what LoD means. I did a forum...

  2. 18 de jul. de 2007 · Warcraft 2 was a "darker" game and had an excellent and straightforward story that was focused on battles between the Azeroth nations and the Orc clans whereas Warcraft 3 focused on the stories of a bunch of characters and their skirmishes. I also didn't like the introduction of so many new factions as well as the large amount of new alliances ...

  3. 17 de dez. de 2006 · My son uses my old school 40" Philips 4k monitor, from like 2015 or so, with only 60hz refresh rate and terrible light bleed and looks washed out, but anyways, I turned n World of Warcraft to test it, and I was immedialty blown away by the screen size, I could see the mountain tops and sky too, it all looked so inviting, as if almost there ...

  4. 21 de out. de 2023 · There was an exact moment a while back where I was flying low and fast through a canyon in an F-16, with a Pimax 8KX (wide FOV) VR headset, that was both exhilarating and almost terrifying -- terrifying in the sense I could feel how easy it would be to spend hundreds or thousands of hours lost in this game world, and forget to eat or sleep for weeks on end.

  5. 9 de out. de 2006 · Depends on the game. World of Warcraft, for example, has issues with 3rd party injected Vsync options. In order for Fast Sync or Adaptive Sync to work with World of Wacraft (since the Legion patch), in-game Vsync must be turned ON. It's counter intuitive, but this is currently the case.

  6. 19 de dez. de 2005 · Notice I said "some games" not "all games". In World of Warcraft the 5800X3D beats the 13900K by about 20%, which is substantial especially if you spend a good chunk of your gaming time playing that game. You can see from your own link that Final Fantasy also really loves the 5800X3D.

  8. 20 de dez. de 2010 · Then I started world of warcraft up and i noticed it increased my ping an average of about 30 ms. I want to the troubleshooting section of wtfast's website and tried everything there. After trying everything in troubleshooting section, WTFast still increased my ping in world of warcraft by an average of about 30ms. So I uninstalled it.

  9. 11 de out. de 2024 · 70 FPS in Death Stranding at 4K with max settings is 3060 Ti/6700 XT performance territory. A laptop with a 150W 3070 Ti would match that performance. A 16" Apple laptop with the 40-core M3 costs $3,000-$4,000. You can find a 150W 3070 Ti laptop for $1,000-$1,300. FighterAce124 said: So the question is -. If they made the same games i can play ...

  10. 16 de jul. de 2008 · AMD claims World of Warcraft is supported by CrossFire, but all of our testing (and a good number of posts to Blizzard's forums) suggest that this game simply will not scale beyond one GPU, even when the GPUs are built onto the same card. As a result, what should be the fastest board here falls to the center of the pack.
