If you have the relevant Sky package that allows you to view Netflix via your Sky account on a second device then all you should need to do is to login to the Netflix app with your usual Sky ID and password. I said you'll have to change them back or perhaps Netflix can restore them somehow. 3. That's why I said call Netflix and not Sky. View this Answer within the discussion.
6 de fev. de 2024 · Before I changed my billing from Netflix to Sky I was able to login to the Netflix app on the Sky Q box only thing that has changed is that I'm now billed via Sky and paying less. Like I said I don't always use the Netflix app on the Sky Q box but choose to be billed via Sky than directly by Netflix to watch the same content.

If you have Netflix as part of your Sky subscription and you have the relevant package in place that allows you to view at least two screens then you should be able to use your Sky ID to login to Netflix.
24 de mai. de 2024 · Hi @mr+d+coomber. Open the Netflix App on your Q box and go to the left hand menu. Scroll down to the bottom and select Get help. On the next screen you will see the Email address associated with your Netflix Account. If you cannot remember the Password for your Netflix account see the following link.
18 de jul. de 2024 · Right, I couldn't do step 7. Signed in on laptop, signed out of all devices, restarted main Sky Q box and upstairs mini box that had failed, started Netflix on tv upstairs and was working again. Think as long as you sign out of all devices and restart your Sky Q boxes you should be good. Fingers crossed 🤞.
