If you forgot your password or username, or you can’t get verification codes, follow these steps to recover your Google Account.

If you're using someone else's device, browse in Incognito mode. Open your Google Account. In the "Security" section, find "Your devices." Select Manage devices. Select the lost phone, tablet, or Chromebook. You'll see the last time the device was used, and the last city it was in. Next to "Account Access," select Sign out.
Be ready to find a lost Android device. To secure or erase an Android device, make sure the device: Has power. Is connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi. Is signed in to a Google Account. Has Find My Device turned on. Is visible on Google Play. If you use 2-step Verification, go to 2-step Verification backups.
