The game begins with King Julien sleeping on a bench when a lobster shows him a transmission from a mysterious villain telling him to bring him the penguins. The game begins when a mysterious intruder arrived at the penguin habitat, at first the team were trying to Attack the intruder, but when they soon noticed that the intruder is a new penguin, they asked the new Penguin who he/she is, after the new Penguin reveals his/her name, Skipper didn’t like the name, and decided to give him/her a new name, FreshFish, and FreshFish is now a new member of the team.
