Há 2 dias · RAF personnel who served after 1922 and those who served during the Second World War – service records are held by the RAF 3rd Party Disclosure Team. Full records will be released to proven next of kin.
Disclosures addresses for each service are shown below. The reference will simply be a ‘Confirmation of Service’, with reason for discharge and discipline note if also requested. ALL reference requests from employers MUST be accompanied by a signed authorisation statement from the Service Leaver, authorising the RN Disclosure Cell to release your information to them.
RAF Disclosures is a team of 13 MOD civilians, supported by an RAF medical practitioner, that manages the disclosure of personal and medical information as retained by the MOD on its former RAF military personnel (living and deceased).
