Howard Robard Hughes Jr. (December 24, 1905 – April 5, 1976) was an American aerospace engineer, business magnate, film producer, investor, philanthropist, and pilot. He was best known during his lifetime as one of the richest and most influential people in the world.
Amazingly, in 1973 Howard Hughes shook off twenty years of severe mental breakdown, isolation, and heavy narcotic use to pilot an airplane around London England. Howard's only friend Jack Real ignored the pleas from the notorious 'palace guard' to keep Hughes in bed and arranged four flights in a Hawker Siddeley 748.

Did everything to find a last photograph and this is all I could find amongst artist renditions and pics from his earlier years. I found nothing refuting this as Hughes, so I thought I’d post. May he rest in peace and be appreciated for his contribution to film, flight, and awareness of mental health disorders. RIP.
