Ann Fortune FitzRoy, Duchess of Grafton, GCVO, JP (née Smith; 24 February 1920 – 3 December 2021) was a British courtier who served as Mistress of the Robes to Queen Elizabeth II from 1967 until her death in 2021. She was the wife of Hugh FitzRoy, 11th Duke of Grafton, and grandmother of Henry FitzRoy, 12th Duke of Grafton.
He was the only child and heir of Henry FitzRoy, 1st Duke of Grafton (1663–1690) (an illegitimate son of King Charles II by his mistress Barbara Villiers) by his wife Isabella Bennet, 2nd Countess of Arlington, a great-granddaughter of William the Silent.

He married Henrietta (1690–1726), daughter of Charles Somerset, styled marquess of Worcester, and his wife, Rebecca Somerset, daughter of Sir Josiah Child, chairman of the East India Company. The couple had two sons, both of whom predeceased their father.

25 de jul. de 2023 · Notably, Lady Mary FitzRoy, the Governor’s wife, perished as a result of a carriage accident as she departed from Government House, Parramatta in December 1847. FitzRoy also scandalised the colony toward the end of his governorship during a visit to Berrima.
