With a typical ScholarOne configuration, "Awaiting Reviewer Scores" means that it is actually out with (at least some) reviewers, while "Under Review" would instead mean the previous stage, where it is being considered by the handling editor (s) and might still be rejected without review.
27 de fev. de 2021 · Awaiting Reviewer Scores means that your paper is being peer reviewed. As you may know, peer review can take a while, as peer reviewers do this along with their other work. So, one can’t really put a timeline to it.
"Awaiting Reviewer Scores" means that the paper has been assigned the minimum amount of reviewers that the Associate Editor has set for the manuscript.

15 de jun. de 2020 · Meaning of ‘Awaiting reviewer scores’ This status is known by different names with different journals, including ‘Under review’ and ‘Awaiting technical scores.’ What this means is that your manuscript has been sent for peer review and the peer review comments/opinions are presently awaited.
The initial selection of referees is usually comprised in the previous step. Some editorial systems give the status as with editors, awaiting reviewer assignment (or similar) if a new referee needs to be assigned and no other referee is currently assigned.
You will see little messages like ‘awaiting editorial approval’, ‘awaiting reviewer scores’, ‘awaiting editorial board comments’ and ‘decision pending’ as your article wends its way through this process.
