16 de nov. de 2020 · Quando a estudante Pham Ngoc Mau Tam chegou em Hong Kong, uma das áreas autônomas da China, para estudar na Universidade Politécnica de Hong Kong (PolyU), em setembro de 2019, ela se sentiu perdida e sozinha. A jovem de 19 anos quase arrumou as malas e voltou para casa, no Vietnã, país do Sudeste Asiático, situado no Mar da China.
