  1. Richard John Hannay Meade OBE (4 December 1938 – 8 January 2015) was Britain's most successful male equestrian at the Olympics.   6. BIO. Richard originates from Wellington, where he graduated with degrees in economics and finance, and statistics and operations research. He began investment banking in 1992, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, and valuation. Since 1992 he has also advised numerous iwi on Treaty settlements.
