Peravia (Spanish pronunciation: [peˈɾaβja]) is a province in the southern region of the Dominican Republic. Located on the country's Caribbean coast which it is in the south, it is divided in 13 units (three municipalities and 10 municipal districts), while Baní is the province's capital.

Baní is a capital town of the Peravia Province, Dominican Republic. It is the commercial and manufacturing center in the southern region of Valdesia. The town is located 65 km south of the capital city Santo Domingo.
The Peravia province has a total area of 785.2 km 2 (303.2 sq mi). It has 1.6% of the area of the Dominican Republic and it is ranked as the 29th (out of 31 plus the National District) largest province.
