Mike Michaud aka "admin" is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Channel Awesome and the former administrator of ThatGuyWithTheGlasses.com.The final admin of TGWTG was Holly Christine Brown. Michaud also served as a co-host on the website's podcast, Transmission Awesome in Season 2.

Is Mike Michaud still the CEO and the owner of the Nostalgia Critic rights? I heard that he might give up the rights during ChangeTheChannel, but I can´t find anything to collaborate that. What's the story behind that anyway, why does Mike have the rights for Nostalgia Critic? Heard from who?
