In July 2022, HH Sheikh Mansour was named Minister of the Presidential Court, following the Federal Decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.
His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan was born in Abu Dhabi in 1970. After receiving his high school diploma through the Abu Dhabi school system, His Highness continued his studies in the United States, where, in 1993, he was awarded his Bachelor's degree in International Relations.
