Guilherme de Jülich-Cleves-Berg também conhecido como Guilherme, o Rico (em alemão: Wilhelm, der Reiche; Düsseldorf, 28 de julho de 1516 – Düsseldorf, 5 de janeiro de 1592) foi o duque soberano de Jülich-Cleves-Berg (1539–1592).
The United Duchies of Jülich-Cleves-Berg was a territory in the Holy Roman Empire between 1521 and 1666, formed from the personal union of the duchies of Jülich, Cleves and Berg. The name was resurrected after the Congress of Vienna for the province of Jülich-Cleves-Berg of the Kingdom of Prussia between 1815 and 1822.
Biografia. Os seus pais eram Guilherme, o Rico, Duque de Jülich-Cleves-Berg (1516–92) e Maria da Áustria (1531–81), uma filha do imperador Fernando I e de Ana da Boêmia e Hungria. João Guilherme cresceu e foi educado em Xanten, tornando-se Príncipe-Bispo de Münster.
