Royal Borough of Greenwich é um borough da Região de Londres, na Inglaterra. Tem o mesmo nome da histórica Greenwich e foi criado em 1965. Greenwich foi uma das cinco sedes dos Jogos Olímpicos de Verão de 2012 .
The Royal Borough of Greenwich (/ ˈ ɡ r ɛ n ɪ tʃ / ⓘ, / ˈ ɡ r ɪ n ɪ dʒ /, / ˈ ɡ r ɪ n ɪ tʃ / or / ˈ ɡ r ɛ n ɪ dʒ /) is a London borough in southeast Greater London, England. The London Borough of Greenwich was formed in 1965 by the London Government Act 1963 .
Greenwich is covered by the Greenwich West and Peninsula wards of the London Borough of Greenwich, which was formed in 1965 by merging the former Metropolitan Borough of Greenwich with that part of the Metropolitan Borough of Woolwich which lay south of the River Thames.

Greenwich is famous for its naval and military connections and its green spaces. The present borough was established in 1965 by the amalgamation of the former.
