Frank Wilton Marshall (Glendale, 13 de setembro de 1946) é um diretor e produtor de cinema norte-americano que frequentemente trabalha com sua esposa, Kathleen Kennedy. Junto com Kennedy e Steven Spielberg, ele fundou em 1981 a Amblin Entertainment.
He worked as executive producer on Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984), Gremlins (1984), The Goonies (1985) and the Back to the Future (1985) trilogy. He married Kathleen Kennedy in 1987, and after producing numerous films, he made his feature directing debut with Arachnophobia (1990) .
