Donny Ray Willett (born July 16, 1966) is an American lawyer and jurist serving since 2018 as a U.S. circuit judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He was previously a justice of the Supreme Court of Texas from 2005 to 2018.
Don Willett serves on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Before joining the federal judiciary, Judge Willett served a dozen years on the Supreme Court of Texas.
