Christian of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Ærø (26 November 1570 – 14 June 1633) was the first and only partitioned-off duke of Ærø. As a partitioned-off duke, he did not have sovereignty. He was the eldest son of Duke John II (1545-1622) and at his father's death, he inherited the island of Ærø.
The line of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Ærø, founded by Duke Christian, who resided in Ærøskøbing. Duke Christian died without descendants in 1633 and his estate was divided amongst the other sons of John III.

Christian von Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Ærø (* 26. November 1570; † 14. Juni 1633) war der erste und letzte abgeteilte Herzog von Ærø (Deutsch: Ärö) ohne Landeshoheit. Er war der älteste Sohn von Herzog Johann (1545–1622) und erbte bei dessen Tod die Insel.
