  4. Bankstatement is a studio album by Genesis keyboardist Tony Banks, issued under a band name and released in 1989. The other band members were singers Alistair Gordon and Jayney Klimek. It was Banks' third studio album (his first issued under a band name and fifth album overall).

  6. 22 de out. de 2019 · Taking his cue from bandmate Mike Rutherford's Mike + the Mechanics, Banks released the pop-leaning album under the punning group name of Bankstatement. Steve Hillage co-produced the album featuring vocalists Alistair Gordon and Jayney Klimek and musicians including Hillage on guitar and Pino Palladino on bass.

  7. Bankstatement isn’t a reinvention for Banks, just a retooling. The instrumental “Thursday The Twelfth” and the charming “I’ll Be Waiting” are the obvious offspring of The Fugitive, and some name-dropping of the old masters (“Watcher of the Skies,” “Mad, Mad Moon”) slips in.
