Nascida em Seattle, Washington, filha de dois professores de Artes Dramáticas (John Sudol e Sandra Grace West-Moore), Alison Sudol e a sua mãe mudaram-se para Los Angeles depois de os seus pais se separarem quando ela tinha 5 anos.
