Using the Rune of Jera on a Wild Card will copy the Wild Card, allowing Isaac to infinitely copy any other consumables in the room. Once Mother is defeated, a unique marked skull will spawn on Depths / Necropolis / Dank Depths II or XL.

Blank Card's recharge time changes upon use, depending on the card Isaac was holding when he used it. Blank card also mimics Dice... Blank Card is an unlockable activated item.
If you do k1, it will show you k11, k12, k13 etc with the card names after them. If you'd don't see the card you want, start with k2, then k3 and so on (K is for cards btw) Same for pills except you use P instead of K.
Many of the special seeds can be found by using either the Fortune Telling Machine or the Rules Card. Some special seeds were shared with the community by the developers. If an item that would appear on a seed isn't unlocked yet, it will be replaced by another item that is unlocked.
