Cats é um musical composto por Andrew Lloyd Webber que teve sua estreia em Londres em 1981, mas que se consagrou por dezoito anos em cartaz na Broadway. Para realizar esse espetáculo, Lloyd musicou uma série de poemas de T. S. Eliot sobre gatos, onde Memory foi a música de maior sucesso.
It is based on the 1939 poetry collection Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats by T. S. Eliot. The musical tells the story of a tribe of cats called the Jellicles and the night they make the "Jellicle choice" by deciding which cat will ascend to the Heaviside Layer and come back to a new life.

O espetáculo vai estar em cena no Campo Pequeno, na capital portuguesa, entre os dias 14 e 19. Depois é interpretado na Super Bock Arena – Pavilhão Rosa Mota, no Porto, entre os dias 22 e 26 do mesmo mês.
