4 de abr. de 2023 · you can use them by going to the Progression Tab>Progression. You can also use them to buy stuff in the Store on the Promenade like Shoes,Outfits or Gatorade Boost and Attribute Boosts.
Open your menu, and go to “progression”. That’s where you upgrade your OVR stats. It’s the same place where you apply badges to your build. Reply. Hi guys. I am new on 2k23, I fill the mypoints gap and i don t know how to spend them so i get better ovr. Pls help .
I see a MyPoints progression bar at the main MyCareer screen, and last game it was at 70% and now it's at 6% meaning that I probably earned some from playing well. However, I have looked everywhere and could not find a place that told me how many MyPoints I actually have.

There are 4 game modes to increase your MyPoints. Outside of the two you mentioned, it's park and pro-am. Rec or MyCareer is your best bet. Hopefully you have a big, because it's really hard as a random playing as a guard.
