Silent Hill 3 (サイレントヒル 3 Sairento Hiru Surī?) é o terceiro jogo da série de jogos de terror Silent Hill, publicado pela Konami e desenvolvido pela Team Silent, uma equipe dentro da Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo. O jogo foi lançado em meados de 2003 para o PlayStation 2, e mais tarde para o Windows.
Apesar de ainda ter tido continuações, Silent Hill 3 foi pensado como o desfecho da série, fechando a história iniciada no original e isso o jogo faz muito bem. Ao invés dos tradicionais cinco (ou seis) finais possíveis, o terceiro jogo possui somente três: bom, ruim e comédia.
