You basically just described Pico's School in a little bit more than 1 minute, and I'm all for it. Definitely one of my favorite games on this site. Enjoy, I had a lot of fun making this.

Pico's School (also referred to as Pico 1) is a point-and-click game created by Tom Fulp and released on July 25, 1999. Made in Flash 3, it acts as the third entry in the Pico franchise, and is the first installment in the series to feature Pico, who has since become one of Newgrounds' mascots.

Enjoy! cool remake, i dont like that much the art style but have some good mechanics and its pretty accurate to tom fulp game lol.
Pico's School is a 1999 Flash game developed by Tom Fulp for his website Newgrounds. At the time of its release, it was "one of the most sophisticated" browser games, exhibiting "a complexity of design and polish in presentation that [was] virtually unseen in amateur Flash game development".
