Sinopse. Max é um taxista em Los Angeles há 12 anos mas, numa noite tranquila, encontra Vincent, um homem que parece normal mas é um assassino, na cidade ao serviço de um cartel do narcotráfico que está prestes a ser condenado por um júri federal.
