Astrud Evangelina Gilberto, geb. Weinert, war eine brasilianisch-US-amerikanische Sängerin von Jazz und Populärmusik im lateinamerikanischen Stil, oft im Grenzbereich zum Easy Listening. Weltberühmt wurde sie 1963 durch die von ihr gesungene Originalaufnahme von The Girl from Ipanema. 1965 wurde sie mit dem Grammy ausgezeichnet.
