Wetherby Senior is an independent day school for boys, aged 11-18, in Marylebone, London. Our pupils are encouraged to reach their potential – academically and socially – which is reflected in the places our alumni hold at top universities around the globe.
Wetherby School is a group of private schools for boys aged two to eighteen in Notting Hill, Kensington, and Marylebone, London, owned and operated by the Inspired Education Group. Its prep school is a member of the Independent Association of Preparatory Schools.
Wetherby has a deserved reputation as being in the very front rank of pre-prep schools. Each individual boy really matters to us and we pride ourselves on developing confident and happy children with a zest for life and a love of learning.
With the opening of the Preparatory School in 2004, Wetherby boys have the opportunity to proceed through, or sit a competitive exam for, a London Day School. Wetherby has an excellent reputation in placing boys in top London Day Schools at both 7+ and 8+.

The curriculum taught at Wetherby is broad, balanced, engaging and challenging. We regard the acquisition of traditional skills of reading, writing and numeracy as vital to the boys’ future learning and plan the teaching programme carefully for continuity and progression.
