Sunset Beach is a beautiful spot! Even on a rainy day, it is gorgeous. Four of us were visiting Vancouver and came across Sunset Beach on a walk. There is a MOBI bike rental at Sunset Beach so we rented bikes and toured all through Stanley Park and dropped the bikes off in Gastown. Highly recommend!

Between Burrard Bridge and English Bay, Sunset Beach in another iconic outdoor venue in the West End. It holds major summer events, including the Pride Parade celebrations in August (first week, usually). It is steps away from the West End residential areas, and a major point for outdoor sports.

Ah, Sunset Beach! As many other reviewers have stated, this beach is well-known for its spectacular sunsets. But that should hardly come as a surprise. Looking out towards Burrard inlet, the beach has the lovely West End neighbourhood as a backdrop.
