Patrick Duffy (born March 17, 1949) is an American actor and director widely known for his role on the CBS primetime soap opera Dallas, where he played Bobby Ewing, the youngest son of Miss Ellie, and the brother of J.R. Ewing (played by Barbara Bel Geddes and Larry Hagman respectively) from 1978

It was at this time he met and fell in love with his wife, Carlyn, a ballet dancer with the First Chamber Dance Company of New York. Patrick was narrating their performances on their U.S. tour.
