The American College of Orgonomy is a non-profit educational and scientific organization devoted to setting and maintaining standards for work in the field of orgonomy. Medical orgone therapy has proven to be effective in the treatment of a wide range of emotional and physical illnesses.
The American College of Orgonomy offers training in medical orgonomy to qualified physicians in the fundamentals of orgonomic medical science, clinical assessment of character structure, character analysis and psychiatric orgone therapy.
Reichian physicians organized study groups. In 1967 one of his associates, Dr. Elsworth Baker, established the bi-annual Journal of Orgonomy, still published as of 2024, and in 1968 founded the American College of Orgonomy in Princeton, New Jersey.

The Journal of Orgonomy has been published semiannually since 1968 by the American College of Orgonomy Press. It is the authoritative source of knowledge about Medical Orgone Therapy, Social Orgonomy, and Functional Thinking.
