For example, an author may be cited as Smith, J in one document, but as Smith, John in another. The Scopus Author Identifier allows you to identify between different authors in author search results.

Tips : If you know the unique author identifier / affiliation identifier you want to search for, you can enter it directly in the Advanced search form using the AU-ID / AF-ID field code.
