Knuckle Sandwich is a charmingly absurd and lovingly crafted RPG adventure that delights in surprise. Its wonderfully nostalgic, SNES-like glitchcore visual and audio design constantly shifts style, and its rollercoaster of a plot happily sets up player expectations, subverts them, and then subverts them again.
Vinny played this years ago and had a nice time with it. Nelward also did some music for it iirc. Game looks good from impressions years ago, hoping its held up and learned lessons from its peers that came out with flaws while in development hell.

In this RPG, you defeat enemies in turn-based battles by completing minigames unique to the foe you're facing. These minigames are made up of a variety of challenges, including rhythm games, shoot-em'-ups, memory puzzles, and quick-time events.

4 de dez. de 2023 · Knuckle Sandwich is a really, really weird game… but in a good way. It mixes up an anarchic RPG adventure with an abundance of quirky mini games that wouldn’t be out of place in a WarioWare title, with the unique amalgamation of ideas making for a genuinely engaging experience.

23 de nov. de 2023 · What kind of RPG elements are there? There are stats, leveling up, items, equipment, and special attacks (these are minigames). The game is pretty light on RPG features otherwise, but there is still a good amount of customisation. How long does it take to beat KNUCKLE SANDWICH? It's roughly 10+ hours to beat the story.
