John Wake, 1st Baron Wake of Liddell (c. 1268 - 4 October 1300) was an English nobleman and soldier. He was one of the first barons created by writ of summons to Parliament in 1295 by King Edward I .
John Wake, 1st Lord Wake, was created baron by writ of summons to Parliament on 24 June 1295. He died circa 10 April 1300. Through his mother, John Wake, 1st Baron Wake of Liddell was a great-great-grandson of King John of England. He was great-grandfather of Richard II of England. [citation needed]
