Ernst Pascual Jordan (German: [ˈɛʁnst pasˈku̯al ˈjɔʁdaːn]; 18 October 1902 – 31 July 1980) was a German theoretical and mathematical physicist who made significant contributions to quantum mechanics and quantum field theory.
