Gunila Johansdotter Bielke (25 de junho de 1568 – 19 de julho de 1597) foi a segunda esposa do rei João III e Rainha Consorte da Suécia de 1582 até 1592. Era filha de João Axelsson Bielke, ex-governador da Gotalândia Oriental, e sua esposa Margarida Axelsdotter Posse.
Gunilla Bielke; Swedish: Gunilla Johansdotter Bielke af Åkerö (25 June 1568 – 19 July 1597) was Queen of Sweden as the second wife of King John III. Queen Gunilla is acknowledged to have acted as the political adviser to John III and to have influenced his religious policies in favour of Protestantism.

The daughter of a former governor, Gunilla was orphaned at an early age and raised at the royal court. She spent her days playing with the King of Sweden’s daughter and would eventually become maid-of-honor to Queen Catherine Jagiellon.

Orphaned early, she was raised at the royal court since she was ten years old as a playmate of the King's daughter, Anna.

Gunilla Johansdotter Bielke föddes den 25 juni 1568 som dotter till riksrådet och ståthållaren över Östergötland Johan Axelsson (Bielke) och Margareta Axelsdotter Posse (20). Efter att Johan III:s hustru Katarina Jagellonica hade avlidit 1583, började kungens se sig om efter en ny hustru.
